Roland is everything nice. It's compact, portable, battery powered and made specifically for acoustic guitars. It provides rich stereo sound and includes built-in effects, guitar and mic/line channels, EQ, anti-feedback protection and a phrase looper all within easy reach on the top panel. As if that wasn't enough, the AC-33 has a beautiful rosewood-like finish made to match acoustic guitars and compliment cozy, home-like performance spaces.
\r\n\r\nThanks to its battery powered operation, with only eight removable AA's you can use this amp on the street, a boat, a mountain or even on a mini sand dune in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. The AC-33 delivers 30 watts of power (20 watts when on battery) and provides true stereo sound through twin 5' speakers - ideal for small to medium sized rooms. It also features a built-in, tilt-back stand for added convenience and enhanced sound projection.
\r\n\r\nIdeal for singer songwriters without a band, mixer or PA system the AC-33 comes equipped with two input channels - Guitar and Mic/Line. The Mic/line channel offers both XLR and 1/4' inputs for microphones or any line-level instrument. Both channels have dedicated controls for volume, multi-band EQ and chorus so that you can mix each channel independently to get the best sound possible.
\r\n\r\nRoland has been known throughout the years for their great effects pedals as well as their loop stations. Similar features and effects have been built into the AC-33 making it an exceptional value and versatile amplifier indeed. Complete with effects such as reverb, chorus and ambience the AC-33 provides a solid foundation for enhancing the sound of your guitar and captivating the ears of your listeners. A master volume has of course been included as well to control the overall output of the amp.
\r\n\r\nThe Phrase Looper will add yet another level of awe as you begin to play over your guitar riffs or popular songs seemingly out of nowhere. It can record and loop up to 40 seconds of audio at a time and capture audio from any input on the amp including the AUX channel where you can connect an iPod or any other type of stereo audio device.
